Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary School Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the overall well-being of students in the pre-primary level.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement a well-rounded curriculum that aligns with educational standards and caters to the developmental needs of pre-primary students.
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Organize and manage the classroom to ensure a safe and stimulating environment.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Conduct regular assessments to monitor individual student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents on their child's development.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- **Social and Emotional Development**:

- Foster a supportive and caring environment that encourages the social and emotional development of each child.
- Implement strategies to address and manage behavioral issues in a positive manner.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and early childhood development research.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Parental Involvement**:

- Encourage and facilitate parental involvement in the educational process.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and other school events.
- **Safety and Welfare**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures related to child protection.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per year
