**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and internal projects.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Work with the content team to craft compelling narratives, ensuring the final product aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- **Post-Production**: Handle post-production tasks, including colour correction, audio editing, sound mixing, adding effects, and fine-tuning the overall look and feel of the video.
- **Collaborate**: Coordinate with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure videos meet creative and technical requirements.
- **Adhere to Deadlines**: Ensure timely delivery of video content while maintaining a high level of quality.
- **Learn & Develop**: Stay updated with the latest video editing tools, techniques, and trends. Be open to learning from senior editors and improve your craft.

**Requirements**:

- **Basic Video Editing Skills**: Proficient in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, or **DaVinci Resolve**.
- **Creative Eye**: A passion for storytelling through visuals and the ability to bring ideas to life in an engaging and dynamic way.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to focus on the smallest details, from colour grading to sound design, to ensure the final video is polished and professional.
- **Basic Knowledge of Audio Editing**: Understanding how to mix, adjust levels, and ensure audio quality is up to standard.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively with the team to achieve the desired results.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with **motion graphics** and the basics of **content** **management**.
- Experience with video formats for different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing skills.
- Knowledge of **video compression** and export settings for optimal video quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
