ADMAGIC is a performance marketing agency specializing in DTC brands. We create high-converting ad campaigns and engaging content to drive business growth. We are looking for a creative and strategic Video Editor to enhance our social media presence and boost brand engagement.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Competitor Analysis & Content Strategy**:

- Research and analyze competitors' social media content strategies.
- Develop a content multiplier strategy to batch-shoot reels efficiently.
- **Content Planning & Execution**:

- Ideate & script content for ADMAGIC's social media.
- Shoot reels using an iPhone (basic shoots).
- Edit & schedule content for publishing.
- **Video Editing & Content Repurposing**:

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts to maximize engagement.
- Enhance videos with transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Ensure videos align with current social media trends and platform algorithms.
- **Content Scheduling & Performance Tracking**:

- Organize and schedule videos for posting across platforms.
- Optimize content based on performance insights and feedback.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools

Experience in editing high-engagement social media videos

Understanding of short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts)

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple edits simultaneously

Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple video projects.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics & animations is a plus

Creative mindset with a keen eye for storytelling and design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
