**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies. This role will involve managing our social media channels, driving SEO and SEM efforts, and creating engaging content to promote our brand in the competitive clinical research market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging graphics and multimedia content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee and manage all social media channels.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- **SEO/SEM and Analytics**:

- Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage SEM campaigns including PPC advertising and monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare performance reports to guide decision-making.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Clinical Operations, and IT to ensure marketing efforts support overall company objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, etc.).
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns and content management systems.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
