**Job Title**: Medical Billing and Office Administrator

**Job Type**: Full-time, US Shift

**Location**: Dehradun, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, execute, and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as fine-tune effective billing/intake processes for improvement.
- Manage the revenue cycle, including 15+ persons, and act as the expert and go-to person in the department for all processes relating to coding and billing.
- Plan and direct workload coding, patient insurance documentation, data processing, and billing and collection to achieve efficient account collection and accurate billing.
- Prepare and analyze insurance contracts, weekly and monthly financial reports, and accounts receivable reports in collaboration with senior management.
- Ensure accurate collection and compilation of statistical reports.
- Coordinate and direct the activities of the billing operations to follow overall departmental protocol; and that State, Federal, and payer requirements, guidelines, and regulations are complied with.
- Provide effective supervision, including training, work allocation, and problem resolution to billing office personnel.
- Evaluate the performance of employees and make recommendations for appropriate actions to be taken; as well as motivate personnel to achieve peak performance and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical billing and office administration.
- 1 Year experience with US Healthcare administration
- Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong Verbal and Written English communication skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
