**Job Summary**:
The Piling Rig Operator is responsible for operating heavy machinery used in piling activities for construction projects, such as foundation work for buildings, bridges, and other structures. The role involves handling piling rigs safely and efficiently, ensuring proper site preparation, and maintaining equipment to optimize performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate piling rigs (rotary, CFA, or driven) to drill, bore, or drive piles into the ground as per project specifications.
- Interpret project plans, technical drawings, and instructions to determine piling requirements.
- Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure the rig’s functionality, including hydraulic systems, controls, and safety devices.
- Monitor rig performance during operations and adjust controls to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure proper alignment, depth, and verticality of piles during installation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and ground crew for smooth operations.
- Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting of piling equipment.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations to minimize risks on-site.
- Maintain accurate logs of piling activities, equipment usage, and any incidents.
- Assist with rig setup, dismantling, and transportation between job sites when required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating piling rigs in construction projects.
- **Certification**: Valid operator’s license/certification for piling rigs (if required by local regulations).
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
- Physically fit to handle long hours of standing, climbing, and operating heavy equipment.
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment parts when needed.

**Work Conditions**:

- Outdoor construction sites, often in noisy, dusty, and dynamic environments.
- May require travel to different job sites.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as project demands.

Pay: ₹8,443.37 - ₹29,063.14 per month
