**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform electrical maintenance and repair on injection moulding machines (e.g., Arburg, Haitian, Engel, Toshiba, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, PLC, and automation issues related to moulding machines and auxiliary equipment (robots, dryers, chillers, conveyors).
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Maintain and repair electrical panels, wiring, sensors, control circuits, and motor drives.
- Calibrate and test sensors, thermocouples, and heating systems in injection machines.
- Work on variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo motors, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Coordinate with production for machine availability and communicate maintenance activity clearly.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare part usage.
- Follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of new/existing equipment.
- Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and energy efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or relevant technical field.

Pay: ₹20,358.95 - ₹25,215.55 per month
