**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes recording, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, filtering inquiries and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

**HR & Office Management Support**:

- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR policy implementation.
- Coordinate performance reviews and staff engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and provide insights on business matters.
- Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO and his calls and mails.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
