**Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Guidance and Counseling**:
Advise students on academic planning, course selection, and educational goals.

Help students understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral issues affecting their academic performance.

Provide support for career and college planning.

**2. Admission and Enrollment Support**:
Guide prospective students through the admissions process.

Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career outcomes.

**3. Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and faculty.

Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Act as a point of contact for academic and emotional support.

**4. Academic Monitoring and Reporting**:
Track students’ academic performance and attendance.

Identify students who may need additional academic support or intervention.

Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, student progress, and feedback.

**5. Workshops and Seminars**:
Organize and participate in educational workshops, seminars, and orientation programs.

Conduct career counseling sessions and awareness programs in schools/colleges.

**6. Collaboration**:
Work closely with faculty, administration, and placement cells to support student development.

Collaborate with departments to resolve student issues or grievances.

**7. Administrative Support**:
Manage and update student databases and counseling records.

Prepare reports and data analysis on student performance and counseling outcomes.
