Job Profile:

- Supervise, manage and control the site right from contract approval to handing over
- Work closely with client to ensure technical and administrative consistency as per project plans
- Act as technical lead for project mobilization
- Work closely with the corporate office to develop the project team
- Train and develop project team members
- Efficiently guide every aspect of the project to ensure timely completion of work
- Oversee administrative and financial aspects to ensure site is cost effective and profitable
- Drive safety practices on site to match organizational and client norms and requirements
- Work closely with contractors and sub-contractors for work delivery and progress
- Handle client billing and supervise vendor payments
- Act as guide and mentor to every team member posted at the site
