Location: Remote

Timing: - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Analyst to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about education and keen on ensuring teaching standards and student experiences remain top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Watch and review online class recordings (live and recorded sessions)
- Observe and evaluate teacher delivery, content quality, student interaction, and technical soundness
- Fill out structured feedback forms for each session with detailed observations
- Collaborate with the Academic and Operations teams to suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar role (internships also considered)
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Should be able to meet the target.
