We are expanding our Communications Club and are looking for passionate and dedicated Spanish Language Trainers to inspire our young learners in the United States.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Spanish Trainer to conduct live online classes for students aged 6-16. You will be a mentor, guiding students on a journey to not only learn a new language but also to appreciate its rich cultural tapestry. This is a unique opportunity to work with international students and be a part of a supportive educational community from the comfort of your home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive live online Spanish classes for individuals or small groups.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that builds student confidence.
- Deliver a curriculum focused on practical communication skills and cultural immersion.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students grow their language abilities over time.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress when required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent command of the Spanish language (**B2 level** or higher).
- High proficiency in English for instruction.
- Proven experience in teaching Spanish, with a strong preference for experience with children or teenagers.
- A passion for language, culture, and education.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools like Google Meet, Zoom, and Google Sheets.
- A patient, engaging, and supportive teaching style.
- A reliable computer with a high-quality webcam and a stable, high-speed internet connection.

**Prime Teaching Hours (Preferred Availability)**:
This role is specifically for conducting classes for our students in various countries. The ability to teach during the following hours is essential:

- **Flexible Working hours (5:00 AM to 8:00 AM Indian Standard Time (IST) preferred)**, weekdays or weekends.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly/session-based payment.
