**JOB TITLE: DTP OPERATOR**

A DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator is responsible for designing and formatting documents using desktop publishing software. This includes creating layouts for printed materials such as brochures, flyers, magazines, and books, as well as digital content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and layout documents using desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Format text, images, and graphics for print and digital media.
- Ensure all documents adhere to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Proofread and review documents for accuracy and quality.
- Prepare files for printing and manage digital asset libraries.
- Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good understanding of design principles and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant certification or degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

Schedule:
