Experience: 1 - 3 Yrs
- Ongoing project task review and approval before client delivery.
- Ensuring the details of a given task are well organized.
- Communicate with the development team to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.
- Organize weekly reports, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers and clients.
- End to end Vendor, customer, or contract management.
- All external and internal communications and follow-ups
- Calendar management
- Documentation and Mailing Skills for Onboarding, escalation, and Customer Support processes
- MIS and reporting (Basic Finance knowledge)

Technical Skills:

- Basic Data entry and reporting using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Cross-platform users between iOS and Windows
- Ability to learn and pick up new software for improved efficiency and testing

Functional Skills:

- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and digitally
- Well-versed in Administrative work and vendor management
- High ownership of the project and ability to deliver without much assistance

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
