Co-responsible for Unit’s Outcomes & Outputs established for the unit (responsibility shared with squad members under this unit). **ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Adhere to the HSE guideline and actively contribution to achieving HSE goals / initiatives of Site - Working in squads in their needs to run daily production activities, enabling them to execute daily production schedule to deliver the best product and customer experience - Support to Unit and other Units accountable on the DSO design principles, ensuring that the site’s mission critical work is being prioritized - Co-responsible, with squad members, to maintain safe and timely delivery of quality supply based on production schedules, while maintaining an efficient operation - Supports squads to achieve appropriate staffing of shifts/areas, including absences coverages - prioritizing the squads’ self-organization first and being as escalation point when needed - Be an escalation point for tasks and projects prioritization, problem solving, continuous improvement, conflict resolution - Actively contribution to achieving HSE goals / initiatives of Site Support onePSS implementation journey at site to enhance flexibility and efficiency via taking lead in projects - Support to site’s P&L, connecting Unit’s priorities and deliveries to the site’s overall goal, monitor to control & reduce COGM by improvement in process, equipment and optimization of resources. - Inspire the development, exploration, and execution of creative ideas in rapid cycles (90 Days) - Ensure required PPE are used by employees, preparedness in Emergency situation - Data entry in SAP / digital tools - Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 documents as per system - Maintain T&T **KEY WORKING RELATIONS**: **Internal** - Unit Lead - Silvassa - USS Lead - FFP India - SME - Site Services - SME- HSE - Unit Team members - Unit Support squad members - USS team member WH/ logistics **WHO YOU ARE**: - B Sc with 2-5 yrs OR under graduate with >15 yrs chemical plant operations - To have knowledge of overall function i.e. Production - Knowledge of the HSE Systems and processes - Skills required for production and manpower handling - Interpersonal Skill - Team Player - Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati **Bayer does not charge any fees whatsoever for recruitment process.
