**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Location**: Sector 44, Gurugram

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update accounting records in **Tally** and generate reports in **Excel**.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial/MIS reports.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions.
- Manage **accounts receivable and payable**.
- Conduct **bank reconciliations** and reconcile payment aggregator statements.
- Handle **TDS calculations, returns, and related taxation work**.
- Support senior accountants with **monthly and year-end closings**.
- Review expense reports, financial data, and assist in **internal audits**.
- Oversee **vendor billing, payment processing, and documentation**.
- **Experience**: 1 - 1.5 years (preferably in the alco-bev/liquor industry).
- **Qualification**: CA Inter (with training in alco-bev sector preferred). Commerce graduates with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in **Excel** and working knowledge of **Tally**.
- Solid understanding of **accounting standards, financial principles, and statutory compliance**.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

**Compensation**: ₹25,000 - ₹27,000 (in-hand)
**Joining**: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
