We are a growing Interior Decoration products company offering high-quality solutions for both residential and commercial customers. Our product range includes premium interior materials and décor items designed to enhance living and workspace aesthetics. We are looking for a motivated **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our team and help expand our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit clients’ homes, offices, and project sites to understand their interior requirements.
- Present and demonstrate interior decoration products suited to customer needs and budgets.
- Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Follow up with clients for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Interior Products, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Manufacturing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Qualification: Graduate (Marketing / Business / Interior Design background preferred).
