**Urgent requirement for Purchase Executive**

**Education: BE/BCom/BMS Graduate**

**Experience: 1 Year or more**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Floating enquiries for Regular requirement of material, interior / maintenance contract and follow-up with vendors for Quotations.
- Preparation of rate comparison sheet.
- Preparation of Purchase orders / work orders with system entries.
- Follow-up for PO approval.
- Communication to Vendors for release of PO/WO.
- Developing vendor for interior / maintenance contract.
- Preparation of Rate Contracts / LOI for Annual maintenance contract.
- Follow-up with vendor for material supply/Work execution.
- Comparison of Invoice v/s PO and Invoice processing.
- Tracking Budget v/s Actual expenses.
- Daily tracker report and communication.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS report.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
