**Job Summary**: The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate interior projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves managing subcontractors, reducing wastage conducting site inspections, and collaborating closely with project managers and designers/ architects to ensure project specifications are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise daily site operations, including scheduling, coordinating trades, and managing subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues promptly, including managing unexpected changes or challenges that arise during the project.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and material inventory.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure project goals are achieved and design intentions are realized.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
- **Education**: Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management software and tools.
