1. **Market Research and Analysis**: - Gather and analyze market data to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. - Identify potential healthcare professionals and institutions to target. 2. **Planning and Organizing**: - Develop a detailed territory business plan, including goals, strategies, and timelines. - Schedule appointments and set up meetings with healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff. 3. **Product Promotion**: - Present and promote pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals. - Use scientific knowledge to explain product benefits, usage, and potential side effects. 4. **Relationship Building**: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. - Provide ongoing support and follow-up to address any questions or concerns about the products. 5. **Product Demonstrations and Training**: - Conduct product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and explain complex information in a clear, accessible manner. - Train healthcare staff on the proper use of products, if applicable. 6. **Negotiation and Sales**: - Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with healthcare providers and purchasing departments. - Close sales and achieve sales targets set by the company. 7. **Reporting and Documentation**: - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. - Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback. 8. **Compliance and Ethical Practices**: - Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards. - Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing pharmaceutical sales and marketing. 9. **Continuous Learning**: - Stay informed about new products, industry developments, and scientific research. - Attend training sessions, conferences, and seminars to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. 10. **Feedback and Improvement**: - Gather and relay feedback from healthcare professionals to the company's product development and marketing teams. - Implement improvements based on feedback to better meet customer needs and increase sales effectiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
