**Responsibilities**:
**Baking and Preparation**:

- Assist the Head Chef in preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and specialty items.
- Follow recipes and ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all products.
- Measure and mix ingredients, operate baking equipment, and monitor baking times and temperatures.

**Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory by monitoring supplies, assisting with stock rotation, and reporting shortages to the Head Chef.
- Assist in the creation of new recipes and menu items that reflect Green Dot Theory’s brand and values.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the training of junior staff or interns, sharing best practices and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely and efficient production.

**Customer Focus**:

- Ensure that all products meet customer expectations for taste, appearance, and freshness.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to address special requests or feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a baker or assistant chef in a bakery, café, or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creativity and a passion for developing new baked goods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Culinary certification or relevant training in baking (preferred but not mandatory).

Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
