**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Operation Theatre Trainer** to join our team and play a vital role in educating and training future healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to prepare students for successful careers as Operation Theatre Technicians (OTTs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with the Diploma in Operation Theatre curriculum.
- Assess student learning through written exams, practical assessments, and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical techniques, sterilization procedures, and OT equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and assessments.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the Diploma in Operation Theatre program.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Act as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with other faculty members, administrators, and healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Operation Theater, Education, or a related field.
- Bachelor in Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience teaching in a healthcare setting.
