**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary: 15,000/- to Upto 20,000/- per Month.**

**Reports To**: OT In-charge / Nursing Superintendent

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a skilled OT Technician to support surgical procedures and maintain a sterile, well-equipped operating theatre.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare the OT with **sterile instruments, materials,**and equipment before each procedure.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Handle, identify, and **maintain surgical instruments** and **OT equipment.**
Support **anesthesia procedures, monitor patient vitals**, and adjust equipment as directed.
Troubleshoot and ensure all **OT equipment is functioning properly**.
Follow **strict sterilization** and **disinfection protocols.**
Maintain cleanliness and **infection control** in the OT at all times.
Assist with patient transfers and ensure documentation of **OT activities.**

**Required Skills**:
Proficiency in **surgical instrument handling** and equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of **sterilization, disinfection**, and **infection control** procedures.
Understanding of **anesthesia support** and **patient monitoring.**
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

**Qualifications**:
BSc in **Operation Theatre Technology (BSc OTT)** or equivalent.
At least **1-2 years** of experience is required.
