**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic IT solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop architectural designs, and oversee the implementation of solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.
- Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation to guide the implementation of solutions.
- Evaluate technology options and make recommendations based on feasibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct design reviews and oversee the implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture.

**Must have or optional**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**Work Experience & skills**:

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in the IT industry.
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing complex IT solutions using technologies such as cloud platforms, micro services, APIs, and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

**Academic Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.

**Salary**: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
