Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on sites.
- Ensure all works adhere to quality standards and project specifications.
- Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.
- Order and manage materials required for finishing work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory work experience on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials from the foundation to finishing.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
