**Job Title : Civil Site Supervisor**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation Supervision**: Lead and supervise the installation team in the accurate and efficient installation of aluminum glass doors and windows according to company standards and project specifications.
- **Team Management**: Manage on-site installation crews, subcontractors, and vendors, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with installation guidelines, industry standards, and customer requirements. Take corrective action as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- **Customer Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders during the installation process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate the allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize efficiency and productivity on-site while minimizing waste and delays.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the installation process.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including progress reports, quality inspections, and any issues or challenges encountered during the installation process.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during installation, implementing effective solutions to ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and support to installation crews to enhance their skills and capabilities, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or fenestration industry, preferably in aluminum glass door and window installation.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials related to aluminum glass door and window installation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.

**Education**:
A bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in construction safety and project management are advantageous,fenestration installation.

**Working Conditions**:
The role of a Site Supervisor for aluminum glass door and window installation involves working outdoors at construction sites, often in varying weather conditions. It may require physical labor, including lifting and carrying materials. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work weekends or overtime to meet project deadlines may be necessary.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
