**Job Description: Social Media Marketing Intern**

**Location**: Lucknow (On-site)

We are looking for passionate individuals who can contribute to our dynamic environment and help grow our online presence.

**Job Role**:
1. Assist in the creation and publication of engaging content across various social media platforms.

2. Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and maintaining a positive brand image.

3. Monitor social media trends, conduct research, and propose original content ideas to increase engagement and followers.

4. Analyze social media metrics to track progress, measure campaign success, and make data-driven adjustments.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

6. Identify and engage with influencers to promote our brand and increase visibility within the photography industry.

7. Create graphics, images, and videos that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the visual appeal of our social media channels.

8. Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies to implement innovative strategies and tools.

**Qualification and Skills**:
1. Content Creation (Mandatory skill)

2. Social Media Marketing (Mandatory skill)

3. Community Management (Mandatory skill)

4. Analytics skills to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, track KPls, and interpret data to make informed decisions.

5. Proficiency in copywriting to create engaging posts, captivating captions, and compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.

6. Experience with influencer marketing to identify, collaborate, and build relationships with influencers who align with our brand.

7. Graphic design skills to create visually appealing and cohesive content that reflects our brand's aesthetic and message.

8. Understanding of SEO to optimize social media content for search engines and increase online visibility.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹1.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
