We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and spearhead our social media strategy.

**Position Overview**:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and interact with our online community to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in [industry/niche].
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for staying informed about the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
