**Main/Primary responsibilities**:

- Enter and update promotion data in internal systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all promotions comply with internal controls and data governance.
- Maintain and report on Trade Promotion KPIs for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Commercial, and Sales Controlling teams to validate promotional uploads.
- Support audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of trade promotion procedures.

**Key/Required Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with clear stakeholder updates
- Comfort working through complex problems or challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills will be assessed during screening)

**Preferred Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Experience (up to 1 year) in a similar role or familiarity with internal controls
- Working knowledge of SAP or BW systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
