Provide individualized coaching to players to enhance their technical and tactical abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and respect.

**Game Strategy**:Develop and implement effective game strategies and tactics.
Analyze opponents and adjust team strategies accordingly.
Provide guidance to players during games to optimize performance.

**Team Management**:Select and organize the football team, considering player skills, positions, and team dynamics.
Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential.
Manage player discipline and address behavioral issues in collaboration with school administrators.

**Skill Assessment**:Assess the skills and abilities of individual players to make informed decisions about playing time and positions.
Provide constructive feedback to players to facilitate continuous improvement.

**Safety and Wellness**:Promote a safe and healthy environment for players.
Ensure that players are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Monitor and address player injuries, collaborating with the school's athletic trainer and medical staff.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with players, parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on team performance, schedules, and other relevant information.

**Recruitment**:Assist in recruiting and retaining talented student-athletes for the football program.
Collaborate with school administration on recruitment initiatives.

**Equipment Management**:Oversee the maintenance and inventory of football equipment.
Ensure that equipment is in good condition and meets safety standards.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about new coaching techniques, strategies, and rules.
Attend coaching clinics, workshops, and training sessions to enhance coaching skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
