**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teacher Training and Development**: Design and deliver training programs to equip educators with the skills and knowledge to teach financial literacy in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.
- **Content Delivery**: Facilitate workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for teachers and educational administrators.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide actionable feedback to improve teaching practices. Assess the learning outcomes of the educators trained and adjust content accordingly.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up with current trends, research, and developments in financial literacy, education methodologies, and finance industry standards.
- **Resource Creation**: Develop teaching resources, such as lesson plans, slides, quizzes, and multimedia content, to assist teachers in delivering financial literacy education.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with school districts, educational bodies, and other stakeholders to promote financial literacy education and support the implementation of financial literacy programs.
- **Professional Development**: Stay engaged in professional development activities to continuously improve your teaching techniques and financial expertise.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in financial literacy education is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of teaching experience, ideally in finance or financial literacy, and/or experience in designing or delivering teacher training programs.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and principles (personal finance, financial planning, etc.) with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear, accessible, and engaging way.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience working with teachers or educators, with a track record of delivering successful training programs.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with digital tools, learning management systems, and educational technologies used for online or hybrid learning environments.

- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze educational needs and develop tailored training solutions.
- **Presentation Skills**: Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of groups, including both in-person and virtual formats.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust training techniques and content based on the needs and learning styles of diverse educators.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
