**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Administration/Management preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Presentable personality with professional grooming.**:

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
