Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to lead training initiatives for our employees across India. This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, marketing development, and overall business growth. Additionally, the trainer will onboard and train new department hires, deliver impactful presentations, and continuously update and upgrade operational and training modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions for employees across India, covering business operations, marketing strategies, customer service, and brand standards.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Evaluate employee training needs and implement improvements accordingly.
Employee Training:
- Guide employees in their respective roles by providing hands-on training and support.
- Help them understand their job responsibilities and develop the necessary skills to perform effectively.
- Ensure employees are familiar with company processes, work culture, and expectations.
- Offer continuous learning opportunities to help employees grow in their careers.
- Address any questions or challenges employees may have and provide solutions to improve their performance.
Presentations & Workshops:
- Design and deliver engaging presentations for employees and stakeholders.
- Organize workshops and training events to foster continuous learning and development.
Training & Operations Upgradation:
- Regularly update training processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance training content and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and make necessary enhancements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel if needed.
- Proficiency in creating training content, conducting workshops, and assessing training outcomes.
- Knowledge of business operations, marketing strategies, and customer experience management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably in employee training, marketing, or business development (not compulsory).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Development (preferred but not mandatory).
