**Your new role - challenging and future-oriented**
- Familiarity with industrial Steam Turbines and all types of compressors basic design & its components and their auxiliaries.
- Detailed knowledge on industrial Turbine parts including rotor, GBCs, glands, Servomotors, control valves and also all single shaft and centrifugal compressor internal parts like impellers, gears and their materials.
- Minimum 5-6 years of work experience including:

- Incoming Inspection of customer material / parts, photography, preparation of report and submission to client
- Reading of Bills of material for turbine parts and compressor parts, reading of drawings and preparation of repair instructions in coordination with engineering.
- Creation of material master and purchase requisition by uploading the drawings in Spiridon in coordination with Engineering and SCM.
- Fundamental experience in supervising the fins replacement on steam turbine rotors and GBCs while the rotating and stationary blades are in position.
- Knowledge on turbine rotor repairs and GBC repairs like journals repair, seals repair, blades repairs parting plane repair, impellors stacking and de-stacking etc.
- Experience in machines operational and load planning according to priority on customer need.
- Coordination with Sales, BA, Shopfloor teams & customers for timely dispatch of completed projects.
- Compile & maintain technical repair reports & assist in keeping track of finalized technical reports & submission to customer.
- Knowledge on turbine control valves, governor and servomotors assemblies, parts and their testing & calibration.
- Maintaining of KPIs
- Time and cost Management:

- Shopfloor team time booking and managing planned v/s actual time for each activity.
- Minute project scheduling and production planning, and performance improvement in terms of time and cost.
- Maintain records of plan v/s actual costs in terms of material man/machine hours.
- SPIRIDON Experience:

- Preparation of material master for repair material, material requisition from stores for repair production.
- Creation of purchase requisition for product manufacturing and component repair, in coordination with engineering and supply chain management.
- Understanding of WBS structure, cost allocation and CCM report running.
- EHS:

- Maintain EHS management systems as per company EHS guidelines.
- Maintain the safety at shop as per EHS compliances.
- ISO:

- Knowledge on ISO 14001 and 45001and its requirement.
- Familiar with ISO requirements of service Center and maintaining the documents as per company requirements

- You received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- You are a process-oriented person and have fair amount of understanding of QMS.
- You have already gained 5 - 6 years of work experience in repairs of Steam Turbines, compressors, and their auxiliaries.
- You are familiar with commercial mainly related to turbine and compressor repairs.
- You have no restrictions to travel and are prepared to be at site based on needs.
- You can handle high pressure situations.
- You have expertise working in MS Office (Project, Excel & PowerPoint), and SAP to facilitate order execution.
- You should have good interpersonal skills.
- You have no restrictions to support the team for extended hours while executing the emergency breakdown jobs.
