**Working Hours**: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Morning Shift)

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Support Associate** to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers during the morning shift, helping resolve queries efficiently and professionally across multiple support channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely information, troubleshooting, and support.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, offering appropriate solutions and ensuring follow-up.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and service quality standards.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help improve services and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in customer service or support is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a structured shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Familiarity with customer support tools like.
