**Position**: Quality Inspector

**Location**: Mumbai

**Working Days**: 5 days Monday to Friday

**Time**: U.S timing

**Travelling required**: Yes

**Qualification**: BE Mechanical/Diploma-Mech

**Experience**: 0-4yrs

**Responsibilities**:

- Read the product specifications, engineering drawings and instructions to understand the quality expectations for products.
- Select output samples and check them using appropriate calibrated Instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, Thread gauge (testing functionality, comparing to specifications for example, NPT thread in compliance with ASME/ANSI B1.20.1, NPTF thread in compliance with ASME/ANSI B1.20.3 etc.) and industry approved devices.
- Prepare and submit reports of technical observations to the Engineering & Purchasing department in USA office

**Skills**:

- English Required the knowledge of Material science & manufacturing processes (like casting, investment casting, Hot & Cold forging, Extrusion, Sheet metal works like stamping, embossing, piercing etc.)
- Experience as quality inspector or relevant role Responsible and trustworthy Familiarity with quality measurement tools preferred.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies preferred. Knowledge of quality control standards is a strong plus (ISO 9000 etc.)
- Basic Computer skills & working knowledge of MS Office

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
