As we transition to a cloud-based ERP system later this year, we seek a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team and uphold our commitment to quality.

**Job Summary**:
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting incoming fasteners from production for visual and dimensional accuracy, reporting non-conformances, and performing final pre-delivery inspections. This role requires proficiency in using measuring instruments and Excel, with an upcoming transition to a cloud-based ERP system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Incoming Inspection**:

- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming fasteners.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Document and report any non-conformances or deviations from specifications.
- **Final Pre-Delivery Inspection**:

- Perform thorough inspections of fasteners and related products before delivery.
- Prepare detailed dimensional reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Use Excel for data entry and reporting; adapt to the upcoming ERP system implementation.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and inspection efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes as the company transitions to a cloud-based ERP system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
