**Job Title: Quality Inspector**

**Location**: Vasai Plant
**Industry**: Manufacturing - Bed Fitting Bracket
**Department**: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials, Bought out and other components as per quality standards.
- Monitor and record in-process and final product quality checks
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms
- Identify non-conformities, prepare inspection reports, CAPA and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct calibration checks on gauges, meters, and testing equipment used in the plant.
- Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, and certifications.
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Responsible for maintaining and controlling documents in accordance with ISO9001:2015.
- Process Control & Improvement

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to use measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometres, gauges, and testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and reporting ability.
- Hardworking and Dedicated.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
