About the Opportunity:
We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and passionate individuals who can take full ownership of driving sales for our sole selling property project in **Talegaon**. If you're someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands real estate, and can close deals, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle **walk-in and generated leads** and convert them into site visits and bookings.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly to potential buyers.
- Coordinate with the internal CRM and marketing team for real-time lead updates.
- Organize and manage **on-site events** and **weekend open house visits**.
- Maintain client relationships and provide post-visit assistance and documentation support.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of the **Talegaon, PCMC, or Pune real estate market** is a strong advantage.
- Must be fluent in **Marathi, Hindi, and basic English**.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet monthly targets.
- Must be comfortable with **field work** and client meetings.

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary
- **Attractive commission** per sales

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
