The Communications Manager in APAC is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting results of communication initiatives, both internal and external, with particular attention to audiences in APAC.

This position is located in** Bangalore, India**, and will be an on-site role. It reports to the Communications Leader, APAC and China and is part of the Global Group Communications team. At Cytiva, our vision is a world in which access to life-changing therapies transforms human health.

**What you will do**:

- Deliver internal and change communications priorities across Cytiva, often leading by example.
- Work closely with APAC Comms leader, Brand, and Marketing, to build coordinated (and connected) communications plans and content. Execute on those plans and report on results, following Cytiva’s standard work.
- Establish and maintain collaborative and positive relationships with internal partners, across different functions and in different geographies of Cytiva, as well as work with the agency of record to amplify our stories externally and to trade media in the region.
- Identify areas for upskilling the team across communications fields and implements effective programs to consistently improve results delivery.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field
- Five years’ experience across internal and external communications in a multi-national organization
- Ability to offer communications counsel at leadership level
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling ability and presentation skills in English and local language
- Broad experience using illustrative, digital, and analog tools for efficiency of campaigns and partner communications

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Adobe Creative Suite
