**- Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To Handle bank HOME LOAN customers requirements with the best services and products ranges.
- To be equipped with insurance and bank products knowledge.
- To provide sales and services and upselling products with existing customers.
- To manage the relationship at all levels to have the desired out-puts.
- Building the new business opportunities within the allocated area/relationships in order to maximize productivity.
- Identify innovative methods working with the relationship to enhance the penetration of the database.
- Ensure that actual sales and service aspects include sales calls.
- Continuous interaction with the channel partners.
- Create innovative ways to have branch activities to increase the Customer penetration.
- Achieve Targets(Premium & Revenue) in order to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
**Note -**

2. The Incentive Opportunity levels for individual awards for attaining those targets to maintain a competitive incentive program.

3. Two Wheeler is mandatory.

4. Education Background - Graduation / Post Graduation.
