Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and document service needs.
Vehicle Inspection: Perform visual inspections and use diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.
Service Recommendations: Recommend necessary services, estimate costs, and prepare work orders.
Customer Communication: Clearly explain service options, repair procedures, and costs to customers.
Service Scheduling: Manage service schedules and prioritize jobs.
Follow-up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and service history.
**Designation -Technician Automobile Industry**
Diagnosis and Repair:
Using diagnostic tools to identify vehicle problems.
Performing repairs on various vehicle systems like engines, transmissions, and brakes.
Replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Testing and Verification:
Test-driving vehicles to ensure repairs are successful.
Verifying vehicle serviceability through inspections and adjustments.
- Customer Interaction:
Explaining vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers.
Providing clear and concise explanations to ensure customer understanding.
- Documentation:
Maintaining detailed records of services and repairs performed.
- Safety and Standards:
Adhering to all safety protocols and workshop standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
