**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the key liaison between design consultants, contractors, and project teams for all BIM-related activities on site.
- Review, coordinate, and manage federated BIM models using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings; document and track issue resolution.
- Assist in generating construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models.
- Ensure models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure constructability and alignment with the actual site conditions.
- Update and manage models with field data and redlines.
- Support site teams with BIM-based quantity take-offs, sequencing (4D), and installation verification.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination on live projects.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
- Knowledge of project phases, construction sequencing, and site execution.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Willing to work full-time from the project site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹443,381.81 - ₹1,216,098.31 per year
