Role: Loan Processor

**Responsibilities**:
Loan File Preparation: Prepare loan files by organizing and indexing all relevant documents, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for easy retrieval.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations, including but not limited to, the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the loan processing workflow, suggesting process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Documentation Integrity: Ensure all loan documents are accurately completed, signed, and dated, maintaining the integrity of the loan file throughout the process.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (some employers may prefer an associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field).
- Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage lending, or a related role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,776.03 - ₹29,794.47 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
