**Job Title: Loan Processor**

**Location**: [Andheri East]

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Gather all necessary documentation from borrowers, such as pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, and legal documents.
- Analyze financial information to assess borrower qualifications and determine loan eligibility.
- Prepare and organize loan files for underwriting review, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all documentation.
- Communicate regularly with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to provide updates and request additional information as needed.
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, insurance agents, and other third parties to facilitate the loan closing process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations and internal policies throughout the loan process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in loan processing or related field.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification in loan processing or related field is a plus.
