**Your Team responsibilities**

MSC’s IT Risk Assurance team is responsible for oversight and governance of access reviews, investigations, and access revocations, working closely with business and technology stakeholders and technical operations teams, supporting independent audits of business operations and helping to ensure MSCI’s core businesses under the regulatory umbrella remain compliant with industry regulations.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Help to ensure that core businesses under the regulatory umbrella (Index, Fixed income and Real Estate) continue to adhere with industry regulations for identity and access management
- Drive periodic access reviews with stakeholders to ensure that MSCI staff access to business products and services in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment is necessary and appropriate
- Track monthly staff movements and initiate necessary access revocations, working with Compliance, Human Resources, Information Security and IT Operations functions.
- Remediate identified gaps and maintain audit artifacts required by independent audits of business operations
- Assist with developing and maintaining cloud standards, policies, processes, and procedures to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Have a proven track record as an SME in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including a hands-on understanding of the Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS) identity and access management, and integrating DevOps principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills in decision making, with the ability to speak in both business and technical terms
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, including fluency in English
- Very strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable and convincing in presenting to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud infrastructure security controls including Identity & Access Management (O-auth, Active Directory) and network security
- Relevant technical or IT-related degree (Bachelor’s or above) and relevant IT experience
- 3+ years of progressive IT experience desired and/ or consulting experience
