We are seeking an experiencedIAM Architectwith deep expertise in designing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions at scale. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural experience inJava/Spring Bootbased microservices, along with proven expertise in security standards such asSAML, OIDC, SCIM, and OAuth 2.0.

Hands-on experience with leading IAM platforms likeMicrosoft Entra, Auth0, and Oktais essential. You will serve as the IAM subject matter expert, ensuring robust authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management across cloud and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong architecture and design experience inIAM microservicesbuilt on Java/Spring Boot.

Deep expertise inidentity standards and protocols: SAML, OIDC, SCIM (1.1 & 2.0), OAuth 2.0.

Proven ability to designhigh-performance, scalable APIsfor IAM services.

Expertise in configuring and managingSSO, SLO, and federation across enterprise systems.

Strong understanding ofsecurity standards and RFCsgoverning IAM and authorization practices.

Hands-on integration experience withMicrosoft Entra, Auth0, Okta, and other enterprise IAM solutions.

Experience implementingRBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and multi-tenant access models.

Knowledge ofcloud IAM patternswithinAWS and Azure.

Exposure toEKS, Dockerfor IAM service containerization and orchestration.

Good to have knowledge ofPython, Golangfor automation and scripting.

Qualification:

10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years inIAM architecture and design.

Proven track record ofleading IAM solution deliveryin large-scale enterprise environments.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to evaluate new IAM technologies and align them with enterprise strategy.
