ROLE DESCRIPTION- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.- Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.- Define the future IT data program vision, strategy, roadmap and measures of success.- Identify opportunities to drive business decision via Analytical reports- Lead and develop a team of analytics solutions developers.- Review their performance, and manage schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.- Help business to use data to drive high performance and quality.- Understand business needs and objectives.- Define companywide metrics and relevant data sources.- Select, configure tools and implement analytics solutions-
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies.- Implement tools and strategies in alignment with the technological advancements.-
- Own the analytics platform end to end Qlik Sense, Power BI enterprise edition.- Monitor and keep track of the Server Performance, Usage, UptimeDowntime of analytics solutions- Initiate and justify the need for Hardware and software upgrades, get it budgeted, approved and implemented- Communicate with stakeholders and users on planned activities or incidences.- Experience10 to 15 years Analytics experience Industry PreferredAutomobile, IT QualificationsB.E Computer Science IT Certifications in Qlik, Power BI, Professional BI tools preferred.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS- Understanding of various Data sources structured, Semistructured, Unstructured, Data Modelling, Metadata, MasterData, Data quality issues including SAP as one of the data source- Handson work experience of maintaining Qlik Sense platform including Infrastructure, ETL, Data Management, Application Management, Developing and maintaining new Solutions- Experience on Power BI and Data Science solutioning Ability to work with global, cross functional teams- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud hosting as applicable to Analytics- Understanding Experience of new gen technologies like Google Big Query, Python, R, Power BI enterprise edition- Experience Exposure with handling projects related to Data Quality improvement- Resource Identification, Skill Mapping and Operations Management- Ability to evaluate new technologies, conduct POCs, Prepare business case for projects

SOFT SKILLS- Excellent communication skills, verbal as well as written- Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment- Ability to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive manner- Ability to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative Thinking
