We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Artist specializing in drawing, sketching, and painting, with expertise in various techniques including landscape painting, manual coloring with watercolor, and rendering light and shade with pencil. As a Teaching Artist, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and guiding students of all ages in their artistic journey, fostering creativity, and nurturing their skills in visual arts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive art classes, workshops, and demonstrations that cover fundamental concepts and techniques in drawing, sketching, and painting. Provide clear demonstrations and step-by-step instructions to guide students through various art projects.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students can explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills. Provide constructive feedback, individualized guidance, and encouragement to help students overcome challenges and achieve their artistic goals.
- Introduce students to a wide range of drawing, sketching, and painting techniques, including landscape painting, manual coloring with watercolor, and light and shade rendering with pencil. Encourage experimentation and exploration to expand students' artistic repertoire.
- Stay informed about current trends, best practices, and innovations in art education. Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge of art pedagogy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Teaching Artist or art instructor, with a focus on drawing, sketching, and painting.
- Strong proficiency in drawing, sketching, basic form, perspective, coloring, painting, landscape painting, manual coloring using watercolor, and light and shade rendering with pencil.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students of all ages and skill levels.
