**Role Overview**

We are seeking a passionate and talented **Art Instructor** to join our dynamic team at Global Art. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching, have a flair for creativity, and love inspiring students to develop their artistic abilities.

As an Art Instructor, you will guide students through our structured art programs while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Teach Art Classes**: Conduct interactive art sessions for students of varying ages, using Global Art’s curriculum and methods.
- **Encourage Creativity**: Inspire students to think creatively and express themselves through art.
- **Classroom Management**: Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all students.
- **Artistic Guidance**: Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
- **Event Participation**: Assist in organizing exhibitions, competitions, and workshops to showcase student achievements.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Maintain records of student progress and attendance.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- A strong background in art and design.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience in art education.
- Proficiency in various art techniques and media (e.g., drawing, painting, sketching).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with students of all ages.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
